The only clear exemption to this are John's painting demonstrations that he has provided for the purpose of artists who would like to copy his work as a help to further their painting skills. After all that is the reason why he has provided them in the first place.

The way to view copyright is easy, if it were your site would you like it if someone pinched your stuff. If you want an image please just ask.

Privacy Statement:

We keep no record of any visitors to the site at all, when we get e-mails from visitors John or myself reply to them all and then they are transferred onto external media, they are then deleted from this computer.

The only automated tracking is the visitor stats software.
