Low water in the Shell Island harbour

Low water in the Shell Island harbour

This is one of my favourite views for panting as it gives me the backdrop of the Rhinogs and the beauty of the tide.
Whether the tide is incoming or ebbing there is constant change which as an artist I find compelling.

The way the boats come to a rest when the water is finally gone is intriguing, no boat ever finishes up in the same place as it started. Painting them is a delight.
