Road to Cwm-Bychan
This is part of the road up to Cwm-Bychan in the Rhinogs, the Rhinogs are a stunning mountain range that stretch from Barmouth way up to Harlech and beyond slightly.
'It has been said that the Rhinogs give the toughest walking outside of the Highlands', that's probably pretty accurate. I used to go fishing on a small lake on the mountain to the right in this painting, the lake is at the top....
To get to this favourite place of ours you need go to Llanbedr, Llanbedr is midway between Harlech and Barmouth, turn right signed Cwm-Bychan and Cwm-Nantcol and just follow the lane.
