Lichfield Cathedral - Front View

Having lived in Lichfield for most of my youth it's hardly surprising that I paint the cathedral quite often.

This view is slightly more frontal than my normal choice but no matter how or what position I use I can never truly capture the architecture as I would like.
A magnificent building.
