Sunrise following the Spring Tide on Shell Island

Following the Spring Tide of 2007 this was the view that greeted those of us lucky enough to see it.

As the sun rose we had this almighty warm glow that radiated over the Rhinogs and spread slowly across the high water, at this point there was no sign at all of the causeway, to all intents and purposes it didn't exist.
